In case you haven't seen it, here's a link to The Web-Cam-Stop-Motion-Thing. It's essentially a little flash applet that allows you to use your webcam to make fun, ten frame animations. It both allows creative people to be inventive if they don't know how to make animations on their own and allows idiots to upload their idiocy to the internet.
I like the idiots so much more than the creative.
